WE CANNOT GIVE PRICING OVER THE PHONE
(WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER ON SITE IF OUR REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET)
*Last Minute orders, (For all orders 24 hours before event)
-If we have to re-arrange our schedule or drop everything we're doing to deliver your order, there will be a $40 order convenience fee. (We need payment in full)
-Measure your area correctly, Hernandez party rentals is not responsible if doesn't fit. (Fees apply)
-We need at least 32inch door or clear path to location.
-We do NOT take credit card payments on last minute orders
*Forecast & Traffic (APPLIES TO EVERYTHING)
-(high winds, heavy rain), Bridge Closers, Accidents, Blocking off roads is unpredictable, so we may have to cancel certain
orders on the same day or delay them. (out of our control)
*Insurance
-We can show proof of insurance for no additional cost
-If you require us to include the name of your company on the insurance, we charge a $50 processing fee.
(we need at least 5 business day notice)
-We can add your companies name but can't change the insurances language after your name.
-Insurance is a general liability 1 million, 2 million insurance.
-Endorsed waiver of subrogation.
(We do not offer insurance on none of the inflatables including the mechanical bull, dunk tank and foam cannon)
*Deliveries
-Final Payment is due upon delivery. (late fee applies)
-Please answer the phone when we call/text you the day of the event as we don't drive up and knock or wait as were on a time schedule with other customers.
-Delivery map fees are a rough estimate of prices to your location and NOT accurate at times, please verify with our representative if there's a fee and how much.
-If you changed your delivery address after first confirmation, please check with us if there are fees to the new location.
-We require a space in front of the delivery location if no loading dock, if not fees may apply. (for example; if a customers home is on a one way and we have to unload a block away fees will be applied)
-Orders are for 1 day. We can deliver a day before and pick up a day after the event but at our own times. If you would want the items at specific time, we would charge the order a second day fee. (For example; we can deliver on Friday between 1-3pm and pick up on Sunday 9-11am if the event is on Saturday with no extra day charge.)
-We only offer deliveries to where event will be held and don't offer an in store pick up option.
-AIRBNB's/venues require a security deposit.
-We only give windows for delivery/pick up and can’t guarantee an exact time since we have other appointments that can make us late or traffic/accidents can delay us from reaching you on time.
-Exact time guarantee is available for a fee. (still has a 15-minute window)
-We will NOT meet customer in a random location and deliver directly to the back of any car, truck or uhaul box truck. (order will be canceled on the spot). If deliver the items to a customer's home and they decided to move them to a different location they will be charged for any scuffs or damages they create from not properly securing the items.
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through stairs, elevators, steps, hills, or over a
100ft on foot. As most of the equipment is on dollies (Fees Apply)
-Elevator deliveries please measure elevator when ordering large items to ensure they fit.
-All Equipment that requires power does NOT come with a generator, we do offer different types of generators for extra cost. (note you don't need a generator if you have access to power outlet.)
-​Items should be ready for return when we arrive (like we left them) If you need items setup or broken down let us know prior to delivery as we are on a time schedule. If the items are not broken down upon arrival, we would automatically apply a break down fee.
*Parks, Venues & Airbnb's
-We Require a Security deposit.
-Need Local Valid ID upon delivery. (still require ID for Airbnb)
-Make sure parks, venue or Airbnb allows the rental equipment before making your reservation, make sure you get correct measurements. There are NO refunds if we install equipment and they shut down your event or it doesn't fit. We charge a fee to come back before the scheduled time.
-Any rental equipment excessively dirty will be charged a cleaning fee.
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through steps, stairs, elevators, hills, or over a 100ft on foot. As everything is on dollies. (Fees Apply)
-We only wait for a customer to arrive at the location for 15 min before we leave, that also goes for customers that can't make up their mind once we are there. (We're on a time schedule so we won't be late to other orders)
-Any decorations should be removed/cleared before we pick up equipment or breakdown fee will be applied.
-All Equipment that requires power does NOT come with a generator, we do offer different types of generators for extra cost. (Note; You don't need a generator if you have access to power outlet)
-Customer must inform us that we need foot coverings or wrapping paper on the floor before their appointment. (fees will apply)
-Customer takes full responsibility for all items, lost or damage items. Damages or injuries done or caused by rental equipment. Hernandez rentals does NOT take responsibility for damages or injuries done by our machines, rides etc.
*Rental Equipment
(Chairs, Tables, Furniture, Games, Utensils, Food, farm items, drink Containers or Concession Machines, etc.)
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-Equipment must be wiped down when returned if stained, food, paint or a mess.(cleaning fees apply)
-Dirty, muddy or Wet equipment will be charge a cleaning fee.
-Measure your area correctly, Hernandez party rentals is not responsible if doesn't fit. (Fees apply)
-We need at least 32inch door or clear path to location. (Fees apply)
-Customer needs to count the Game accessories to make sure they are all there on drop off.
(You're responsible for any missing pieces when we pick up (fees apply)
-Customer is given 2 hours to let us know if any of our equipment is defective or damaged, so we can replace or refund.
-All Equipment that requires power does NOT come with a generator, we do offer different types of generators for extra cost
(note you don't need a generator if you have access to power outlet.)
-Folding Chairs have a 250lb weight capacity
-Folding tables have a 200lb weight capacity
-Nothing over 150F should be placed directly on top of our plastic/wooden tables as they will be damage.
-NO Cutting DIRECTLY on top of our tables. (Please use cutting board.)
-No sharp metal objects are to be dragged on top of any of the Wooden tables or bars. (fees apply).
-Furniture Setup fee starts at $50 every 30 min.
-NO Equipment can be installed longer then 100ft from power source.
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through stairs, elevators, steps, hills, or over a
100ft on foot. (Fees Apply)
-Customer takes full responsibility for all items that are lost or damaged. Damages or injuries done or caused by rental equipment. Hernandez Party Rentals does NOT take responsibility for damages or injuries done by our machines, rides etc.
*Canopies & Tents
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-High Winds or Heavy Rain is not advice for Canopy or tent installs, we can still setup it up, but customers takes full responsibility for any damages done to equipment, structures or people being hurt, injured or killed.
-We need to know beforehand if we need Concrete weights, water barrels or if we can stake tent/canopy.
-We need water access under 100ft for water barrels
-If we're staking tent/canopy down, customer takes full responsibility and Hernandez Party Rentals is not liable for any damages done by stakes.
-Be sure to measure the area before placing the order at your location, to make sure the equipment fits, also take into consideration that nothing should be in the way, that includes above the area. (2 feet are required on each side of Tents/Canopies.)
-Do NOT use knifes to remove decorations or ties attached to canopy/tent poles. (Use wire cutters)
-Damaged to Canopies/Tents will be customers responsibility to pay for damages.
-Nothing should be attached to equipment by puncturing, cutting or drilling.
-Tents/Canopies will NOT be moved once installed.
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through stairs, elevators, steps, hills, or over
100ft on foot. As everything is on dollies. (Fees Apply)
-Customer is given 2 hours to let us know if any of our equipment is defective or damaged, so we can replace or refund.
-Customers take full responsibility for all the items that are damaged and lost.
*Inflatables & Mechanical Bull (Bull is a Service)
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-Measure your area correctly, Hernandez party rentals is not responsible if doesn't fit. (Fees apply)
-We need at least 32inch door or clear path to location.
-All inflatables are used at your own risk and should be supervise at all times.
-High Winds or Heavy Rain is not advice for any Inflatable install, we can still do it but customer takes full for responsibility for any damages done to equipment, structures or people.
-It's not recommended for more than 8 kids at a time on inflatables.
-Mechanical bull is intended for kids 8 years and older.
-Mechanical bull riders should remove glasses and jewelry at all times.
-Mechanical bull weight capacity is 250lb no exceptions.
-No water on none water inflatables is allowed at any time.
-No Silly String is allowed on any of our inflatables at any time.
-No food, drinks, shoes or sharp objects are allowed on an inflatable.
-Cleaning Fee Starts at $50-$1000 depending on the damage.
-NO Equipment can be installed longer then 100ft from power source.
-All Equipment that requires power does NOT come with a generator, we do offer different types of generators for extra cost. - (note you don't need a generator if you have access to power outlet.)
-We need to know beforehand if we need weights or stakes.
-If we're staking Inflatables down, customer takes full responsibility and Hernandez Party Rentals is not liable for any damages done by stakes.
-Customer takes full responsibility for all items, lost or damage items. Damages or injuries done or caused by rental equipment. Hernandez rentals does NOT take responsibility for damages or injuries done by our machines, rides etc.
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through stairs, elevators, steps, hills, or over a
100ft on foot. As everything is on dollies.(Fees Apply)
-Clear Criminal Check & Certificate available upon request.
-No Insurance can be provided for this attractions at this time.
*Nerf & GelBattlefield (Service)
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-Bronze package requires security deposit for the guns and bunkers.
-Best in open fields or large basketball court size venues 80ft x 40ft. Smaller Barriers can be provided for smaller area's.
-Please make sure we're allowed to be at the event location prior to booking your appointment, we are not responsible for any fines (check for inflatable bunkers)(payment will be non refundable)
-Nerf events in parks that are on grass, are required a $50 deposit for dart cleanup at the end of event.
-You're welcome to bring your own guns, leave your bullets at home and use ours. (No nerf rival bullets, yellow round ones)(NOTE; large magazine guns are not advice on team games as they have an advantage over other guns provided)A -------------
-Gellets hurt more then nerf darts when hitting the skin and might not be suitable for kids 6-9 years of age.
-Eye covering is required for all participants at all times. (we provide)
-Full face covering is highly encourage for gellet battles. (we provide)
-Responsible adult has to be at the location at all times.
-Participants are not allowed to throw guns or push bunkers from installed location.
-Participants intentionally mistreating or destroying equipment will be asked to not participate and leave the arena. (Customer is responsible for damages to any of the equipment)
-Participants that don't follow instructions will NOT be allowed to participate in the activities.
-Multiple participants not following rules/directions can resolve in us ending the game before scheduled time. (No Refunds)
-Once the invoice is emailed to you, we require the full amount to be paid 7 days before event date. Any remaining balance (extra safety glasses, etc.) will be due on the party's date.
-If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, we can reschedule your event for the closest convenient time with no additional fees required.
-Clear Criminal Check & Certificate available upon request.
-We provide eye covering for all participants based on reservation count, we encourage all participants to always have glasses or face coverings on.
-By participating in our games you acknowledge Hernandez Party Rentals is NOT responsible for any damages, injuries or death caused by our equipment.

*Soft Play (Service)
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-Soft play is for ages 4 and under no exceptions.
-Soft play is used at your own risk and should be supervise at all times.
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through stairs, elevators, steps, hills, or over a 100ft on foot, As everything is on dollies. (Fees Apply)
-Measure your area correctly, Hernandez party rentals is not responsible if doesn't fit. (Fees apply)
-We need at least 32inch door or clear path to location.
-Everything is cleaned & sanitized beforehand.
-No water is allowed at any time.
-No Silly String, Slime or Glitter is allowed at any time near softly.
-No food, drinks, shoes or sharp objects are allowed at any time.
-No Animals.
-Clear Criminal Check & Certificate available upon request.
-Cleaning Fee Starts at $40-$500 depending on the damage.
*Staging
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-Measure your area correctly, Hernandez party rentals is not responsible if doesn't fit. (Fees apply)
-We need at least 32inch door or clear path to location.
-Elevators must clear 9 feet in height.
-Please have floor plan ready, once panels are installed we cannot move them around to different formations as it takes extra labor and time from other deliveries. (Fees Apply)
-Stage is aluminum and has a non slip black top surface
-Each Stage Panel has a weight capacity of 145lb load rating per square foot.
-All equipment with sharp edges needs plastic covers to guard any damage to stage panels.
-Do NOT drag anything on top of stage.
-When multiple stage panels are put together, they will have small groves in between each panel, customer must inspect stage prior to doing any performances on stage.
-Hernandez party rentals is NOT responsible for any injuries/death due to falls from stage or on stage.
*Dunk Tank (Service)
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-Dunk tank require all participants on platform to be at least 4.5 feet tall, anyone under is strongly advise they should know how to swim and be supervise at all times.
-Dunk tank requires a 5ft clearance clear path or doorway as its on wheels.
-Dunk tank requires a minimum of 450 gallons of water for operation.
-We require a water source under 95 feet from location of tank.
-Dunk tank has weight limit of 250lb.
-Dunk tank has moving parts that we can't always control so inspection is required by customer.
-Dunk tank its use at your own risk and should be supervise at all times.
-Hernandez party rentals is NOT responsible for any injuries/deaths caused by this attraction
-Clear Criminal Check & Certificate available upon request.
-No Insurance can be provided for this attraction at this time.
*Photo booth & 360 Booth (Service)
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-We reserve the right to deny the service to anyone that's NOT listening, Rowdy or to drunk.
-360 platform has a weight capacity of 800lb.
-360 platform guest need to stay on platform at all times while the platform Arm is in motion. (no more than 4)
-Customer will be liable for broken arms due to customers falling on them for not following instructions. ($300+)
-Props are not allowed to be thrown on the floor while in use. (Broken props $10+)
-Customers are responsible for returning all props to our station. (Lost or Missing props $10+)
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through stairs, elevators, steps, hills, or over a 100ft on foot. As everything is on dollies. (Fees Apply)
-All Equipment that requires power does NOT come with a generator, we do offer different types of generators for extra cost. (Note; you don't need a generator if you have access to power outlet.)

-We try our best to have equipment in top shape, sometimes we have technical difficulties that are out of our control.
-Equipment are used at your own risk and should be supervise at all times.
*Foam Party (Service)
-Final Payment is due at time of delivery. (late fee applies)
-All of our foam is Dye free, Hypo-allergenic, Biodegradable and Non-toxic. This makes it harmless to small children, animals, plants, and is even safe for clothes, Our Foam is soap based, some people have allergies or really sensitive skin/throats, can lead to dry skin, sneezing or coughing and are not advise to participate in such activity.
-Foam is used at your own risk and should be supervise at all times.
-Customer must let us know if we need to carry or transport any equipment through stairs, elevators, steps, hills, or over a 100ft on foot. As everything is on dollies. (Fees Apply)
-We need power and a water source under 80 feet.
-All Equipment that requires power does NOT come with a generator, we do offer different types of generators for extra cost. (Note; you don't need a generator if you have access to power outlet.)
-Clear Criminal Check & Certificate available upon request.
-We do NOT offer insurance for this activity.
*After/before hours
-Delivery fee starts at $50 per every hour, outside of our business hours.
*Return Trips or Address change.
-We charge a fee for making an additional trip back for an order.
-Check with us for any fees if event location has change.
*Payments
-All Payments are due upon delivery. (Late fee applies) (Additional Fees Next Day)
-20% down payment is required to confirm orders. (None Refundable)
-We accept Cash and Zelle for deposits.
-We do not carry any change sorry.
-Credit Cards will be charged a 4% processing fee and this option is only available to businesses with a commercial space.
(We need Current local ID present and physical card present)
-We do NOT take credit card payments for last minute orders.
-None profits need to supply tax except form no later than 5 business prior to event.
*Checks
-We need to receive checks in full 5 days prior to the event.
-Payments in FULL with CHECKS need to clear 2 days before delivery.
-Checks given for down payments are non refundable.
-Checks have to be mailed out to us. (please inquire with representative about address)
-All returned checks will be charged $60, that includes bank fees and travel back fees.
*Cancellation Fees/Rescheduling fees:
-20% Down payment is NONREFUNDABLE.
-Please double check reservation with the venue/park before booking since
down payments for services can NOT be transferred to another date.
-Down Payments received in any form are none refundable if customer decides to cancel or finds a different provider.
-Total amount due will be rounded off to minimum fee, if items are canceled due to weather or any restrictions.
-Within 1-2 Calendar days of event or will call- full amount
-Within 3-5 calendar days of delivery or will call-50%
-60 Day Re Schedule Fee is 10% of total
-If we decide to Cancel and order because the customer or guests are being rude or difficult with our employees, there will be NO REFUNDS.
-Same Fees Apply to purchase orders and Monthly Contracts.
